Reviewing and Updating

Review and update job details.

Viewing Job Details

  1. Go to Jobs
  2. Select a job from the list
  3. Review:
    • Address and location
    • Job type and status
    • Assigned engineer
    • Scheduled date
    • Notes and attachments
    • Form responses (if completed)

Updating Job Details

  1. Open the job
  2. Select Edit
  3. Update fields
  4. Select Save

Adding Notes

  1. Open the job
  2. Select Notes
  3. Enter your note
  4. Select Add

Notes are visible to all team members and the assigned engineer.

Viewing Form Responses

If the engineer has completed the job form:

  1. Open the job
  2. Select Form
  3. Review responses and uploaded photos

Viewing Job History

  1. Open the job
  2. Select Activity
  3. View timeline of changes, status updates, and notes
