Common Checks

Before contacting support, try these steps:

Photo won't uploadCheck internet connection, reduce photo size
Changes not savingCheck internet connection, try again

Browser Requirements

Use a current version of:

  • Chrome
  • Safari
  • Firefox
  • Edge

Mobile App Requirements

  • iOS 15 or later
  • Android 10 or later

Getting Support

  • Your email address
  • Team name
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots (if applicable)

Include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened
  • Expected behavior
