App Access and Login
Install and sign in to the JobWay mobile app.
The JobWay mobile app lets engineers access jobs, complete forms, and upload site information from their phone or tablet.
Getting Access
Contact your team owner or administrator to be added to the team.
Installing the App
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Search for Shocking Energy
- Install the app
Signing In
- Open the JobWay app
- Enter your work email address
- Choose Password or Email link / verification code
- Complete 2FA if prompted
After Login
You'll see:
- Jobs - your assigned jobs
- Settings - app preferences
If you belong to multiple teams, you'll be prompted to select one.
Switching Team or Logging Out
- Go to Settings
- Select Team to switch teams
- Select Log out to sign out
Access Issues
| Issue | Action |

| Can't find the app | Check you're searching the correct app store for your device |
| No jobs showing | Contact your team owner or administrator to check job assignments |
| Email link expired | Request a new link at login |
| 2FA code not working | Wait 30 seconds and try the next code |
