Access and Login
Sign in to the JobWay platform.
Sign in at the JobWay login page using your work email address.
First Time Access
Contact your team owner or administrator for an invitation link.
Signing In
- Open the JobWay login page
- Enter your work email address
- Choose Password or Email link / verification code
- Complete 2FA if prompted
Password Reset
- Select Forgot password at login
- Check your email for the reset link
- Follow the link and set a new password
- Sign in with your new password
Access Issues
| Issue | Action |

| No invitation received | Contact your team owner or administrator |
| Email link expired | Request a new link at login |
| 2FA code not working | Wait 30 seconds and try the next code |
| Account locked | Contact support@shocking.energy |
