User Management

Invite users and manage roles.

Team owners can invite users and manage access.

Inviting Users

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Select Invite user
  3. Enter the user's email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Select Send invite

The user receives an email with a link to create their account.

User Roles

RoleAccess
OwnerFull access including team settings and billing
MemberCreate and manage jobs, view reports
EngineerAccess assigned jobs via mobile app

Managing Users

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Select Users
  3. Find the user
  4. Select Edit to change role or Remove to revoke access

Two-Factor Authentication

Team owners can enforce 2FA for all users:

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Select Security
  3. Enable Require 2FA for all users
  4. Users must configure 2FA at next login
