User Management
Invite users and manage roles.
Team owners can invite users and manage access.
Inviting Users
- Go to Settings > Team
- Select Invite user
- Enter the user's email address
- Select a role
- Select Send invite
The user receives an email with a link to create their account.
User Roles
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including team settings and billing |
| Member | Create and manage jobs, view reports |
| Engineer | Access assigned jobs via mobile app |
Managing Users
- Go to Settings > Team
- Select Users
- Find the user
- Select Edit to change role or Remove to revoke access
Two-Factor Authentication
Team owners can enforce 2FA for all users:
- Go to Settings > Team
- Select Security
- Enable Require 2FA for all users
- Users must configure 2FA at next login
