Projects Overview

Learn how to manage and navigate your projects.

Projects Overview

Projects are the central hub for managing your work. They allow you to organise tasks, worksheets, and other related information for specific Clients and Sites.

The Project Directory

The Projects page is your main dashboard for viewing and accessing all existing projects. From here, you can browse through your list of projects, see their current status, and quickly find specific items using filters.

To access the Projects Directory:

  1. Log in to the application dashboard.
  2. Click on Projects in the main navigation menu.

Searching and Filtering

To help you find projects quickly, the directory includes powerful search and filtering tools:

  • Search: Use the search bar at the top of the page to find projects by name, client, or site.
  • Filters: Use the dropdown menus to filter the list by specific criteria, such as Client or Site. This is useful when you want to focus on work for a particular customer or location.

Project Cards

Each project is represented by a card in the directory. These cards provide a quick summary of the project, including:

  • Project Name
  • Client Name
  • Site Name
  • Status (e.g., Draft, Review, Approved)
  • Dates (Start and End dates, if set)

Clicking on a project card will take you to the detailed view for that project, where you can manage its worksheets and settings.
